“Ram-Bo”,

“Ram-Bo”,  oil on canvas, brush and palette knife. 45 x 3cm, Private Collection This is my brother – since eons we have called each other “Bo”, and still do. His original birth name was “Raymond”.  Our Indian brother, Chandru, renamed him “Ram”.   Hence the title “Ram-Bo”.  Here I am getting closer to a better resemblance. When shown to Mama, she immediately said “this is Raymond”! (she still calls him by this name).  I was pleased! She gave me an excellent technical correction, which changed the whole portrait.
