With each breath, I breathe in new life, new beginnings,
With each outbreath, I breathe out the past,
The old, the unwanted.

Filmed, ad hoc, in my urban London Sacred Space, August 2020, so it’s un-planned and very natural. It’s a flavour of what is to come, as I compile and write my 2nd book, after my 1st book “Yogaflows” was published in 2002. This is a great practice which helps assimilation, detoxification, elimination and efficient functioning of the internal abdominal organs. Although the poses look easy(!) some of them are challenging, especially the stepping back, which is quite a balance. Practice and persevere! Thank you for watching.
