“Angel of Innocence”

“Angel of Innocence”, oil pastel, 1 in a series of 4. Original SOLD This series was painted in Comillas, Cantabria, Northern Spain, in a beautiful, jewel of a landscape of a little village called Ceceno.  On completion, my interpretation followed : “I see a child. Me as a child. A softness, innocence, unguarded and trusting.  Feminine, giving, untouched, open and warm.  She trusts so. She looks in another direction.  If one of the Angels in this series speaks to you, ask yourself : what is this mirror showing me.  If you are drawn to it, then the information in-form-formation, relayed to you via its mirror may well be a deep insight for you to ponder.
