The investment is as follows :
5 classes in the same month : £11 per class, paid in advance.
4 classes in the same month : £11.50 per class, paid in advance.
3 classes in the same month : £12 per class paid in advance.
2 classes in the same month: £14 per class, paid in advance.
1 Drop-in class :£15 paid in advance or on the door.

Guideline for physical class attendance: please bring all your own equipment, mats, shawl, socks cushions and any other items you will need. Wear loose comfortable clothes. The hall is vast, and there is ample space to spread out. We have excellent heating in the cooler andn winter months. If you are new to yoga, please contact Mohini ahead of joining a class, and arrive about ten minutes early for a brief chat and venue orientation. If you have or develop any injuries or health conditions, either as a new yogi or a regular yogi, please let Mohini know, so that the class content can be be tailored to suit everyone’s needs, as much as possible, so that everyone feels included and comfortable. We are a very friendly, accepting, non-judgemental and non-competitive group. Humour is an important ingredient. It makes the heart happier!
