 “Nature – Our True Colours” – finding a way back to our heart through nature’s mirror. Nature evokes our profound connection between the natural world and our human experience. Tune into nature, tune into yourself and find the extraordinary in the ordinary.

Nature, our teacher, our guide, our support, our earth, our mirror. She reflects the spectrum of our emotions and identities. From the great expanse of sky to the depth and profundity of the earth, she offers us consolation, joy, solidity, dryness, scarcity, opportunity, possibility, compassion, energy, passion, devastation, colour and so much more. As we evolve through time, we see ourselves mirrored in the changing of the seasons : in the storms of ourpassions, through the serene skies of our calm, in the shedding of the Autumn  leaves of our personality, our resilience through Winter,  renewal into Spring and blossoming into Summer. She reflects to us those qualities, present or those we need to cultivate, to encompass the broad spectrum of both our internal and external lives. As the cycles of nature shift and change,revealing her true colours, as the layers are stripped back, she offers us an opportunity to tune into the true colours of our own nature, our deeper selves, revealing our creativity, to live a homogenous life filled with goodness, vibrancy, passion, care, love and joy.   Nature reminds us that we are not separate from her. We are woven into her vibrant tapestry. Why look elsewhere, our reflection is in front of us. Right here. Right now.
