Description
“Canadian Hideout” is an original oil painting, by Renée Chatlani. Apart from Renée’s artistic talent, she worked as a Radio and Television producer for the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation), and visited their headquarters in Quebec, Montreal and Toronto. Some beautiful photos of Canada in the fall were taken and painted. This is one of them.
Whilst continuing to live in North London, Renée had attended St. Martin’s School of Art for a a year or so, and then, worked with local artist Perini, in his atelier in Wood Green, Renee’s painting style gradually developed and changed, as she integrated many different learned and intuitive painting and drawing techniques over the her painting life. She continued this creative, artistic and eclectic work which progressed over the decades and to the art work we can now bear witness to.
