Pray Wait Listen oil on canvas 40x30cm 13.3.2026. inspired by a beautiful painting resembling Frida Kahlo which came into my feed. I could not find the artist, so I was unable to offer credit. This image and composition is very timely at this stage and time of my life (2026) where I pray, I wait and I listen. I often, now meditate on a chair, due to some knee pain, and wear a shawl – always very colourful. My hair is no longer dark and yet this painting her hair remains black as mine used to be. The flowers in the hair are very much “Frida-like” and as I love flowers they too remain.
