Guideline for physical class attendance: please bring all your own equipment, mats, cushions and any other items you will need. The ground is marked with “x’s” for ease of measuring distance. Please do not use any chairs or tables and avoid touching any windows, doors and other furniture for your own safety.
The additional conditions for all safety and Covid-19 protocols relating to St Anne’s are all in place. I would like to suggest that those attending class, wear gloves to enter and exit the building, to avoid touching any surfaces. Also bring your own hand sanitizer, although there is a one provided on entering the hall in the lobby. Please avail yourself of this on entering. This is an extra measure, which I am putting in place. The ladies toilets are out of commission for our members, and only the Disabled Toilet should be used. Your cooperation and understanding is much appreciated.

New Classes to come YIN YOGA –a great balance to the more dynamic Yoga practices
Tai Chi/Qi Gong Outdoors when the weather is more clement.
Mohini also offering Private 1-2-1 Yoga/YinYoga/Tai Chi/Qi Gong
With each breath, I breathe in new life, new beginnings,
With each outbreath, I breathe out the paste,
The old, the unwanted.
Filmed, ad hoc, in my urban London Sacred Space, August 2020, so it’s un-planned and very natural. It’s a flavour of what is to come, as I compile and write my 2nd book, after my 1st book “Yogaflows” was published in 2002. This is a great practice which helps assimilation, detoxification, elimination and efficient functioning of the internal abdominal organs. Although the poses look easy(!) some of them are challenging, especially the stepping back which is quite a balance. Practice and persevere! Thank you for watching.
